Terms and Conditions

Your reservation: will be held for up to seven days, awaiting receipt of your deposit cheque of 25% of the total cost of the Chapel rental. The balance by cheque is due four weeks before your holiday starts. In the unlikely event of cancellation after the balance has been paid, this will be refunded only if we are able to re-let the period booked, or proportionately refunded if part re-let. All cheques to be made payable to Clare Stephenson.

We include: Electricity and heating in our rates.

Linen: We do supply sheets, duvets and covers, pillowcases, tea towels and bath towels. (Please bring your own beach towels).

Starter pack: A carton of fresh milk & basic dry cupboard stores will be provided for your stay. If you would like to have your groceries delivered please visit Tesco.com, shop online, & have it delivered to coincide with your arrival. We have a fresh herb garden behind the chapel for the chefs amoung you!

Smoking: Strictly no smoking in the Chapel please!

Arrival: should be after 3.30pm unless prior arrangements are made when booking.

Departure: We ask guests to vacate by 11am on the day of departure.

The owners accept no liability for any damage or injury that guests may sustain to their persons or property. Please note the close proximity of the Chapel to the river, which is deep in places & has a steep drop of 4 feet from the car parking area. Also the spiral staircase is not suitable for small children.
